Mile Hi Bakery is a high-speed, full-capacity bakery that has the ability to bake 5,000 dozen buns per hour with the capability to bake what you need, when you need it, in a cost-effective manner. Our newest offering comes from our English muffin line that produces 1,500 dozen muffins per hour. The new Mile Hi Bakery was built in 2014 in a LEED Gold Certified building only a block from the original location.

The first Mile Hi Bakery was built in 1985 to provide all the buns for McDonald’s in the Rocky Mountain region making it the first distribution and bakery combo in the McDonald’s system. Currently the Bakery provides buns and muffins for multiple partners.
